DO YOUR STORAGE BUILDINGS COME WITH A WARRANTY?


Absolutely! All new storage building orders come standard with our industry-leading 10-year warranty. Please note: all used or discounted buildings come AS-IS and have no warranty. For more information regarding our warranty guidelines, please visit our Warranty page.




DO I NEED A PERMIT FOR MY STORAGE BUILDING?


The answer depends on your location. Please contact the city and county in which you are located and ask what you would need before purchasing a building. If you have an HOA, we recommend contacting them as well.




WHAT IF A STORAGE BUILDING WILL NOT FIT THROUGH MY GATE?


It is important that you allow 2’ feet on either side and above the product for delivery clearance.




WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE MY SITE FOR MY NEW STORAGE BUILDING?


Customers are responsible for providing a clear path to the site. The site will need to be reasonably level - within 1'. Our buildings are built with treated skids and can be set directly on the ground. Treated blocks are provided at no charge to the level building.

Quality Buildings Used and Repossessed Portable Storage Buildings

Outstanding deals and discounts can be found in our used and repossessed building inventory.  Pre-owned buildings are great opportunities to get the same excellent Quality Buildings value at deep discounts. You must check the lots of Quality Buildings and all of our dealers. To get the best deal, check back regularly; these buildings do not stay long on the lot. Our Rent to Own program is available for our used and repossessed buildings, making this an excellent opportunity.  Use the same basic procedure to determine what a used building will cost and what payment might be. A majority of our customers who purchased a used building from us say it is an excellent program. It gives them the storage they need right now, without having to worry about banks and credit checks to slow them down. Here are a few things to know about our used building reconditioning program:

•    Experienced Quality Buildings drivers who collect the buildings determine whether they can be reconditioned and sold
•     Some of the buildings we collect are sold, as-is, without reconditioning. These units have steep discounts but may need work once you get them back to your location
